Teal Lake by Andy Russell – Milton Bradley (Big Ben) – 500 pieces
I love the image of this puzzle, and I liked that even though it was only 500 pieces it was still a bit challenging. It made for some fun puzzling!
This is a thrift store puzzle, and other than quite a loose fit it was pretty good quality. The image reproduction is lovely, there are a good variety of shapes and the chipboard was a nice thickness. The finish is matte and feels soft to the touch; the loose fitting pieces made for some frustrating moments trying to move pieces around, but otherwise I was happy with it.
Very pretty image!

I did Teal lake different brand ( it was a 2 in 2 out ) talk about a bear to do but a lovely image, It was missing a piece considered it was a few years old and the puzzle brand company was no longer in business missing a piece wasnt a big deal.
I would love to do more of the artists images my guess they be hard to find.

Why would they be hard to find? I don’t know much about this artist.

Andy Russell is the artist I believe of the images he did that were made into puzzles are all out of print. I found my puzzle at Goodwill I might not of notice it as not familiar with the brand, but then I saw the image. I believe Ravensburger has done a couple of his images as well.

They’re beautiful, and they remind me of Eric Dowdle’s work.
