12 Days of Christmas Puzzles Day 11

12 Days - 11
Holiday Dogs – Ceaco – 100 pieces

This image was a little more entertaining for me to assemble, compared to some of the other images in this set; it was nice to not be sighing while I put it together. 😉

In other news, this is my 200th puzzle this year! I’m glad it was an image that was enjoyable to assemble, and one that makes me smile.

I like the two dogs just sitting there with their hats and scarves; and the poor guy on the right is so dark that you can barely see his eyes. It definitely would be challenging in a larger piece count, so much fur and background night sky!

Only one more day to go! Christmas is tomorrow, which I’m excited for, but I think the most exciting thing is that there’s only one puzzle left! I’ll be glad to be finished with the set, and it’ll be nice to get back to my regular puzzles. It will certainly be good for the readers to not hear me b****ing about missing pieces and missing puzzles!

Merry Christmas Eve! I hope to hear all about the puzzles everyone got for Christmas, and if not puzzles, I hope Santa brings you gifts that make you smile. 🎅

This is a darling image — glad all the pieces were there and the image wasn’t missing.

Congrats on 200 puzzles for the year!

I was scrolling through your completed puzzles for this month and saw that you assembled another Re-marks puzzle (C.S. Lewis) but that you were disappointed in the quality. I recall you posted about a Re-marks puzzle recently and it had a big ink splotch on it 😦 What was the problem with this puzzle? I do like the Re-marks brand, I have several and have only had issues with one (the cutting blade must have been dull because the backs of the pieces weren’t smooth at all and they didn’t fit together well at all.)

    1. Thank you very much, 200 puzzles is pretty good for me, especially with taking almost 2 1/2 months off from puzzling this year.

The C.S. Lewis puzzle had a loose and spongy fit, which was most likely because it was the end of the run. It happens with every manufacturer, and it won’t deter me from purchasing more of this brand. Even with the fit though, I enjoyed the assembly very much. Collages like that make me truly happy.
