Good morning and Happy 2019! I’ve already started my first 1000 piece puzzle of the year, and am making excellent progress. I’m not thrilled with the fit of the pieces, but I love the image and am determined to enjoy myself. (Ain’t that life in a nutshell? It’s how you work/deal with what you’re given.)
I wish all my family, friends, and puzzle people a safe, healthy, love-filled year with plenty of opportunities to spend time with those you care about – and hopefully time for a puzzle or two! 💖
Lovely bright colours!

Funnily enough it makes me want a steak with some potatoes swimming in sour cream, cheese, and bacon! LOL

Wow! Starting the year off with a 1,000 piecer! That’s great. I guess you got passed your 1,000 piece puzzle block then?! Yippee!
Also, you have to do a post about your 2018 puzzling accomplishments. I know you almost made it to 300 puzzles completed, right/ And then the number of pieces was over 200,000? Or was it 100,000? Either way….that’s a helluva lot of puzzles and pieces!!!! Woo hoo!

Maybe tomorrow’s post should be about last year’s stats and this year’s goals. Hmm.

Also, I am loving the looks of the puzzle that is currently on your board. Looks like a lot of fun. What is the name and manufacturer of this one?

It’s an Aimee Stewart image from Holdson puzzles called Vintage Baker. I’ve been seeking out new brands to try and this is my next one up.

It’s funny because when I first saw it, I immediately thought it was Aimee Stewart. She uses that same color of turquoise blue in a lot of her puzzles. I have Family Campsite and it’s in a lot of of the items. Super cute. I love her artwork. She is also a member of Jigsaw Junkies facebook group too. Do you belong to that one as well?

I don’t have Facebook. I use hubby’s account to read the posts and look at all the pictures, not a member of any groups though.

Oh, and I thought of another post topic for you sometime soon. How you got your 1,000 piece puzzle mojo back? I know for a while there you weren’t able to contemplate doing one…too stressful. Glad to see that has changed, and I would love to read about what may have “done the trick” to get you going on them again. 🙂 See, aren’t I full of great ideas today, Stacey! LOL
