Here’s the last of the 3 “bathroom puzzles” – hubby enjoyed this one the best. Assembling the fence was his favorite part. He loves structure and linear images so the fence was what he wanted to work on the most. I even left the last 10 pieces of this puzzle for him to put in – what a sweet wife he has! 😉
This puzzle was as much fun to assemble as the other two, and I was sad for us when it was finished. I didn’t see any more at the store the last time I was there except for Starry Night, and I don’t think I’m brave enough for that.
I have to go out twice tomorrow for appointments, so if I’m feeling ok I just might make a stop at the same store and see what else there is for me. These aren’t premium quality, but they’ve got me and my husband working together on puzzles again, that’s what makes me happiest about them.
Funny you mentioned “Starry Night”…just found a brand new 1000-piece version of that one in a Goodwill Store yesterday. It has Korean price stickers all over it, so I’m not sure how in the world it ended up in a Houston thrift shop…small world.

It’s a small world, that’s for sure. We’ve found puzzles from South Africa and Bogata, Columbia in the thrift stores here in Florida. Did you buy Starry Night?

I did, Stacey. It was only two dollars and was still cello-wrapped, etc. and at 2000 pieces it just seemed like too big a bargain to pass up. I may be sorry when I try to work the thing, though.

You’re a braver soul than I am. Good luck with it!

Sam, I was in Houston a couple of weeks ago, or near, being in League City! I picked up a few puzzles at a thrift store there. Love to get a good deal on a puzzle!

Hi…you were about 40 miles south of me, I expect. I actually live in the first suburb to the north of the city – Spring – about three miles west of Interstate 45. Hope you had a good visit…I like the idea that you found a few puzzle bargains while here.
