Coronium In Progress…

Coronium by Nadieh Bremer – Artifact – 172 pieces

After finishing my puzzle yesterday my son chose the next puzzle for me – he picked this gorgeous wooden puzzle by Artifact. I put a few pieces out on the board, but haven’t really gotten into the actual assembly yet.

I’m procrastinating writing up all the posts for the puzzles we did on vacation (not to mention the ones I’ve completed since we returned home) – and that’s not good for my mental health. If I’m not feeling like writing that leads to laying in bed and not writing or puzzling at all. And we all know where that leads. It’s not good. At all.

So before I get started on my beautiful wooden puzzle I’ve got to at the very least get all these pictures of puzzles off of my phone and into some drafts. Once that’s done I’ll feel better about getting started on my new puzzle.

Happy puzzling today my friends! 💚🧩

Animal Tales In Progress…

Animal Tales – Re-marks – 1000 pieces

Once I finally got myself going on this one, it seems to be coming together quickly. The bright colors and interesting images on each of the covers makes it relatively easy and very entertaining to assemble.

I’ve been in a mood the past few days and haven’t done as much puzzling as I normally would, but I’m trying to get myself out of that head space. Hopefully it won’t take too long and I’ll be back to my normal self soon.

If today goes as well as yesterday this puzzle should be finished before I go to bed tonight; if not, it will definitely be done by tomorrow.

Nothing’s In Progress…

I finished the 300 piece puzzle on my board yesterday, and also finished up the puzzle in the bathroom – so unfortunately I’ve got no puzzles going at the moment to tell you about. Normally I would have made sure to at the very least start sorting another puzzle to post about (every third day is an “in progress” post), but it’s been a rough week and I just didn’t get around to it.

We got home from our trip on Sunday evening, and I immediately had to go to the doctor. Because of a problem with my good leg I’ve been put on bedrest for the next week and am temporarily taking a medication that makes me extremely dizzy and lightheaded (and I still have to take my pain meds with it). So even if I wasn’t ordered to stay off my feet, I would absolutely need to – because me walking around feeling dizzy is a recipe for disaster. I’m a klutz. A big one.

Anyway, yesterday was spent in bed almost all day long and I never got around to starting a new puzzle. I’ve chosen what’ll be next both on my puzzle board and in the bathroom, they just haven’t even been taken out of their packages yet. And there are still eight puzzles to write posts for that were assembled on our trip or since we’ve been home; there’s plenty of puzzle stuff to keep me busy, that’s for sure.

Regardless, I will definitely get a puzzle going today. Hubby has to be away during the day this weekend, and I’ll be able to sneak off to the puzzle room if I’m feeling well enough. And if I’m not – there are plenty of trays here and if need be I can start sorting and/or working on the next puzzle in bed! 🧩🛌

Disney & Pixar In Progress

Disney & Pixar Toy Store – Ravensburger – 1000 pieces

I sorted this puzzle before we left on our trip, and it was especially nice coming home to a puzzle all nicely separated and waiting to be assembled. If only I were wealthy enough to be able to hire someone else do my sorting for me! 💲💸

Pretty much all of this work was done on Monday, I spent yesterday going to doctor’s appointments and sleeping for the most part. This second trip has worn me out!

All that’s left now is the staircase on the left and the shelves on the right – it shouldn’t take too much time at all. I’ll have to sneak in a bit of puzzling as I’ve been ordered to stay off my feet with my leg elevated for the next week at least, but hubby isn’t around all the time and I can certainly be allowed a few minutes of puzzling, can’t I?

It’s good for my mental health!

Vacation Puzzle In Progress…

Imagine! by Lana Kissinger – Liberty – 284 pieces

Got started on this gorgeous Liberty puzzle yesterday with some assistance from my beautiful niece who spent the day visiting with me. Liberty’s motto is “Sit Long, Talk Much” and that’s exactly what we did. She’s not a puzzle person for the most part, but she seemed to enjoy looking at the interesting shapes and trying to find ones that fit together. She found a few pieces too, so she officially helped me with this assembly!

I hope she had as much fun as I did, it was lovely to spend the day together. We sat long, talked much, did a little puzzling and enjoyed each other’s company. 💖
