New Collage In Progress

724819257904

I’m working on this fun collage this weekend! It’s slow going as sitting at the puzzle board is difficult for me at the moment; but I’m enjoying whatever time I can get, and every piece that fits with another makes me happy. 🙂

I may work on a smaller puzzle on the white board in bed, the White Mountain puzzle is too large to fit the white board. I might start working on a 300 or 500 piece to keep me occupied in my room. I’m completely addicted, but it doesn’t upset me the least little bit; puzzling keeps my brain from turning to mush!

Need Energy?

Puzzle Dust

I am draggin’ butt this morning; I am still in bed and pretty much lack the energy to do anything at all today–even jigsaw puzzles. 😱

Many people who assemble puzzles are annoyed by “puzzle dust” in the box and on their boards. Us hardcore puzzlers know that if you need energy to puzzle you snort that Puzzle PCP and you’re raring to go!!

*do NOT snort puzzle dust*

Sorting This Morning…

Sorting

I’m sorting my next puzzle at the moment, but it’s going very slowly. I got about a total of 20 minutes of sleep last night and I feel like I’m running on about six and a half brain cells. 🤨

You can see that it’s another collage, and I’m excited to start putting it together – there are dogs everywhere, they’re all books about dogs!

I hope all my friends in the PADS Posse are having a great weekend, and that you all get plenty of “me time” to put a few puzzle pieces together. ❤

Happy Friday!

Puzzle pieces

Happy Friday everyone! I had another day-long drive this week for a medical appointment, so I’m resting up from the journey and planning what puzzle to do next. I’ve got a couple of new puzzles to review, so it’s only a matter choosing between the two.

What are you working on this first weekend of Spring? Something warm and flowery?

More Mystery Puzzles!

ACDB5597

I bought a few more “mystery” puzzles on eBay in the past week. They’re all vintage wooden puzzles, and all a mystery as we have no idea what the images will be. 😎

The first one to arrive (some of the pieces are shown above) is amazingly cut; and although it isn’t as sturdy as our municipal building puzzle, the intricate almost coral-like cuts are definitely fun to work with and the fit is even tighter than the big puzzle! Mom and I finished it yesterday – 3 missing pieces and a few broken tabs – but I truly wasn’t disappointed, we enjoyed it very much! I’ll be posting about it when it comes up in the rotation.

2 more are on their way. One is complete (according to the seller), and the other looks to be cut by the same person as the municipal building puzzle. We’re not sure if the second one is complete, but we are very excited about working with pieces like that again and seeing what both images turn out to be!

I know, I’m a crazy person. But I’m adorable and fun too, so it all works out. 😇
