Still Choosing…

I finally assembled a small puzzle yesterday, it was 200 pieces. It’s finished, but I have yet to get the pictures put on my computer and write up the post; at least I got back to my puzzles though.

Haven’t chosen the next puzzle to assemble yet, but at least I made some progress.

Perhaps I need some inspiration. What are you all working on today?

Finishing a Galison puzzle – Snapshots of America. Funny as I chose this before all the latest news happened. It’s a collage of colorful signs from around the country. Lots of small town charm. Hope you can get back into puzzling today!

I am stuck in an awful puzzle; 1500 pieces of a sunset, all the pieces I have left are black. I’m not sure why I ever started it.
But I have a stack of puzzles waiting for me once I’m done. On the top is a 500 piece Buffalo titled (Days to Remember) Autumn Memories. I can’t wait to start that.

    1. Ooh, that sounds a little frustrating. I’m sorry. If you’re not having fun you don’t HAVE TO finish it. I know how it feels to want to finish but hate the thought of actually doing it.

I’m not telling you what to do of course, but just reminding you that jigsaw puzzles are supposed to be fun and that there are no repercussions if you don’t finish it – other than being able to start the puzzle you really want to do. 🙂

I just finished the Ravensburger Escape Puzzle of the Observatory. It was making me crazy that so many dark pieces fit in the wrong place. I started with the border and took it apart several times and finally just left it off until the center was done. Even then, with a lot of swapping, there was 1 border piece that didn’t look right. All that was too much enough to justify the mystery for me.

I started to assemble one of my Liberty puzzles again and it has restored my love of puzzles!
